Knowledge is power - know your numbers.

metrics performance Apr 10, 2019

I've always had a strange thing for even numbers.

"2" and "8" are all mine, if you know what I mean.

Odd numbers just feel off to me.

Is anyone else weird like this?

How about when you get a hotel room and it has your lucky number in it.

Isn't that the BEST!!!? It's like you won the lottery or something.

Hopefully I'm not the only one a little coo-coo on this. 😬

Here's what's kinda freaky...

Most good things happen to me on even number dates. Hence why I'm all over them! How can you not start to get a little obsessed?

(OK now I'm just making excuses for myself.)

But the reason I'm bringing up numbers is because, even though we may pay attention to them around us in strange ways (hi, that's me 👋) ...

It's super necessary to pay attention to them in business, too.

That's why this month in my free CEO coaching to customers we're talking metrics & analytics.

Because in order to run your business like a CEO, you must know your numbers.

There are certain key metrics you should be tracking, whether you've got a team of 20 or you're a 1 woman show. 👠

If you want to grow, you've got to know.

(I just typed that out and it's got a nice ring to it, doesn't it!)

Remember, knowledge is power.

The more you know about what makes your business tick, the more focus and clarity you'll have around taking it to the next level.

If you're going after certain results this year, do the work to get you there.

Take some time this week to figure out what numbers you want to track. 💯

Create a list of key metrics and start keeping tabs.

That's what successful CEOs do.
